Bowmer & Kirkland have started the earthworks at the Next, Westmoor Park 3 Site in Doncaster, Comprising 60,000m2 high bay warehouse plus 8500m2 office space, this is our largest project to date with contract value £55M.

Construction for the first phase of this project is due to commence at Rudding Park this month, where Adept are working with architects Enjoy Design on this £7.5M extension to the current hotel. The extension will include a spa facility with hydrotherapy pool, treatment suite, thermal rooms, guest swimming pool and an additional restaurant.
