Construction for the first phase of this project is due to commence at Rudding Park this month, where Adept are working with architects Enjoy Design on this £7.5M extension to the current hotel. The extension will include a spa facility with hydrotherapy pool, treatment suite, thermal rooms, guest swimming pool and an additional restaurant.

We are the Engineers on a £3.3M, 4-storey, office development within an enterprise zone in Derby. Work has now begun on site with the piles successfully installed this week. More updates to follow as the building progresses.
