The Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) Training Scheme is one of the best and quickest routes towards becoming a professionally qualified Civil Engineer. We have now been recognised as an ICE Approved Employer and able to operate within the scheme.
Joining the register demonstrates our commitment to developing future talent and supporting individuals to achieve their goals. The training scheme requires a dedicated Supervising Civil Engineer (SCE) as well as a Delegated Engineer (DE) within the company that are responsible for training, mentoring, and reviewing trainee progression towards professional qualifications.
Trainees on the scheme are students and graduates that want to progress towards Chartered (CEng) or Incorporated Engineer (IEng) status. We currently have one trainee graduate engineer working on their Initial Professional Development (IDP) for CEng membership and a further four trainee student engineers receiving mentorship support for gaining IEng status whilst studying engineering courses.
At Adept, we are dedicated to supporting the engineers of tomorrow. If you are a student or graduate engineer looking for the next step in your career, get in touch about available opportunities for joining the team by emailing jobs@adeptcsce.com
