Leeds Plants Trees

Members of our Leeds office took time out of their busy work schedules to volunteer planting trees for the day.

The team planted Beech and Oak trees at a new woodland site in Calverley as part of an event organised by Woodland Creation, an initiative committed to planting 5.8 million trees over 25 years and helping to make Leeds carbon neutral by 2030.

At Adept, we encourage each staff member to spend two working days each year volunteering their support for charitable projects or community initiatives.

As a business, we are committed to sustainability and reducing our carbon footprint. We have signed up to the UK Engineers Declare Climate Emergency petition and achieved a Net-Zero operation. We are significantly increasing the carbon efficiency of our design workflow using software and informed design choices.
