Steel erection commences at North Lincs Shopping Park

The vibro-piling and foundations in the main is complete for most units on the scheme and so the steelwork has now commenced on unit 1 of the development. The scheme as a whole encompasses 115,000 ft² of retail space and is anchored by a 50,000 ft² M&S store with 450 car parking spaces. Other retailers on the development include Boots, Debenhams, Costa & Subway. Adept have been successfully partnering Simons Group on this project from conception with their development arm, through to the construction phase with Simons Construction and so it is great to finally see some physical results from all the efforts of Adepts team.
