We are looking for a conscientious and talented Graduate to join the Adept civil engineering design team, responsible for the design of highway and drainage schemes for commercial, industrial and residential developments.
Office based, you will work as part of a positive and passionate team to provide the very best service to our clients. You will benefit from continued learning and development through CPD courses, in-house and on-line training to further develop your skills and progress in your career.
Dynamic and optimistic in their approach, we are looking for ambitious and well rounded Engineers who can identify innovative and cost effective strategies and design solutions.
We are looking for a conscientious Senior Technician with excellent commercial awareness. The role is suited to someone who is enthusiastic, knowledgeable about the technical detail of how infrastructure and other civil engineering projects are designed and constructed. HNC/HND or other relevant qualification in Civil Engineering is required.

We are focused on development of staff and have employed 12 apprentices as well as 5 graduate engineers over the last 12 years. We offer in house training and mentoring and support our junior staff on their journey to become a professionally qualified engineer.
