RAAC Surveys & Remediation

We have long-standing experience in conducting structural RAAC surveys, producing reports and providing consultancy advice to clients on remedial solutions where required. We have carried out surveys on over 300 sites throughout the UK at educational institutions, including schools and universities, telephone exchanges, industrial facilities, shopping centres, and numerous commercial and public buildings.Our structural engineers carry out all work in line with IStructE, government and sector-specific guidance and, following our site visit and other research, we will produce a comprehensive risk assessment and report providing clear guidance and recommendations.
