4 years of Adept London

This month marks four years since the opening of Adept’s London office, reinforcing our presence across the capital and the South East.

Over this period, the London team has delivered civil and structural engineering services across a diverse portfolio. Notable schemes include a residential‑led regeneration at Elm Grove, Sutton, contributing technical expertise to housing delivery within the borough, and Bramcote Sports Centre, a £20m local‑authority leisure development in Nottinghamshire where Adept is providing full civil and structural services across RIBA Stages 1–6 for a new two‑storey leisure facility delivered alongside the existing operational centre.

Reflecting on the milestone, Neil Barrett, Regional Director, London, said:
