152 Hours and Counting: Our Journey of Giving Back

We’re already counting down the days to next week’s Volunteers’ Week and it’s a great opportunity to celebrate the impact of our amazing team at Adept!

In 2023-2024, we gave back 152 hours of volunteering time, and in 2025 we’re already on track to exceed that, supporting charities, community events, and fundraisers across the country.

All Adept staff are entitled to two days’ paid volunteering leave each year, which can be used for a cause of choice, a team activity, or to support client initiatives. From the Manchester Marathon to planting trees, our people have helped raise funds for local and national charities and supported projects close to our offices.
