Shaping Futures: Adept at Leeds Beckett University

At Adept, we are dedicated to nurturing the growth of the next generation of construction professionals. We understand the importance of providing mentorship and support to students as they embark on their academic and professional journeys.

As part of this commitment, our Managing Director, Erol Erturan, recently visited Leeds Beckett University, to engage with students from the BSc (Hons) Architectural Technology program during their SE Session. During the session the students were tasked with analysing the pros and cons of various structural materials and grids, which provided an excellent opportunity for Erol to offer valuable insights and guidance.
Through direct interaction with the students, Erol was able to share his industry expertise, discuss the importance of collaboration with structural engineers, and provide practical advice on career development.

Erol commented “This initiative is just one example of Adept’s ongoing efforts to inspire and empower students, helping them navigate their academic paths and prepare for successful careers in the construction industry.
