We’re celebrating 18 years in business!

Formed in 2007, we now employ more than seventy engineers, technicians and support staff. From our bases in Leeds, London, Manchester and Sheffield, we deliver complex projects across all sectors, specialising in industrial and logistics, education, healthcare, residential, retail and regeneration. As well as new-build schools, clinics, leisure centres and retail distribution hubs, we are also involved in refurbishing and remodelling of historic and Listed buildings

Since 2007, we’ve delivered around 4,000 projects with a total project value approaching £3.5 billion. A healthy order book has allowed us to take on record levels of apprentices and qualified engineers in recent years, with more vacancies still to be filled to meet our growth plans.

To further develop business in South Yorkshire, we have also recently welcomed on board new regional director, Jonathan Trickett. Jonathan is now actively supporting customers in Sheffield and the wider region which include a key local higher education client, the Ministry of Justice and Sheffield City Council.

Here’s what Managing Director, Erol Erturan, has to say: “Our focus has always been on value engineering. Our goal is to save our clients cost, reduce the scheme’s carbon footprint and help deliver the best possible outcomes for end users. This involves looking at each scheme on an individual basis. From an environmental viewpoint, we identify ways to reduce carbon by repurposing existing structures and re-using waste where possible, and offering alternative engineering approaches that minimise carbon in construction and on-going use.

“We are also a huge investor in our people. We benchmark our pay and conditions against the UK’s leading businesses. We also work closely with local schools, colleges and universities to mentor young talent from all backgrounds interested in a career in engineering – this has seen us support 18 apprentices since 2007.”
